Backing the Summer Meals and Learning Act of 2019 (H.R. 3667 and S. 2070)

EveryLibrary is proud to join a coalition of national, state, and local partner organizations to urge Congress to pass the “Summer Meals and Learning Act of 2019” (H.R. 3667 / S. 2070). 

Fun Library Facts Project – Interview with 2019 AIR Rachal Duggan

Rachal Duggan is an illustrator who is all about storytelling and connection making. I first experienced Rachal’s work when she was an Artist in Residence with the Bubbler at Madison Public Library, and have enjoyed working with her and following her numerous illustration projects since.
