We Haven't Forgotten about IMLS in FY2027
We've been fighting book bans, but we haven't forgotten that President Trump once again proposed defunding the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) for Fiscal Year 2027.
The good news is that the House Appropriations Subcommittee approved level funding for the agency in Fiscal Year 2027. That amounts to roughly $292 million.
But we need to keep the pressure up!
