The EveryLibrary Pre-Party Fundraiser at the California Library Association Conference

EveryLibrary California and EveryLibrary National are excited to announce our fundraiser and pre-party just before the California Library Association Conference in Oakland.

We are thrilled to be hosted by the Oakland Public Library and partnering with the CLA Student Interest Group to bring this event together. This will be a night of dancing, drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and networking with your fellow California librarians. How else should you kick off CLA then by making some new friends and celebrating our profession?

Throughout the night we will be featuring some great things from some of your fellow library leaders. For example, this pre-party will be an excellent opportunity to hear from EveryLibrary Board members about how EveryLibrary works with local campaigns to help them win their elections and how we can help your library. You’ll also get a chance to tour the main branch of the Oakland Public Library and their showcase of excellent services and programs. If you’re a student, this will be a good time to hear about the Student Interest Group and get involved. We are also putting together a couple of other surprises for you. Of course, with your ticket (on sale soon), your drinks and hors d'oeuvres are included all night.

The party starts at 8pm, right after the CLA Student Chapter dinner, and goes until midnight for everyone who wants to come after the CLA Awards Gala.
