Join a State Network!

The Pipeline Fund leads a robust coalition of over 100 organizations dedicated to ensuring our next generation of leaders is fully supported to run for office

The Pipeline Fund launched in 2020 to build a democracy that truly reflects the rich diversity of this country. They understand that no single organization could convene a powerful, fully integrated pipeline on its own, so their work revolves around building a network of state-based and national pipeline groups working to elect skilled, diverse, community-oriented leaders to public office. The amazing state-based groups they work with recruit, train, and fully support candidates running at several levels of the ballot.

The Pipeline Fund's State Network is one of the first places we recommend people turn when they’re thinking about running for office, as these organizations provide support every step of the way. These partners are dedicated to building political power at the grassroots level by recruiting and training candidates, largely at the state and local level, and campaign staff.

They focus on uplifting underrepresented folks, ensuring we are building a truly reflective democracy.

Through leadership development, skills building, and partnerships, these organizations equip candidates with everything they need to run a successful campaign.

Finally, many of these organizations ensure winning candidates are set up for success to effectively govern and legislate. If you live in one of the following states, you should get connected with these wonderful partners as you start to think about what it means to launch a campaign:
