Parents for the Freedom to Read Minnesota Launches New, User-Friendly Website
New statewide coalition offers resources and guidance for families concerned about school board policies
St. Francis, Minnesota — January 26, 2026 — Parents for the Freedom to Read Minnesota (P4F2RMN), a leader in opposing modern-day book bans in Minnesota, is proud to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website, P4F2RMN.org.
The new site is designed to serve as a practical and empowering resource for parents, families, and community members across Minnesota. It provides clear guidance on engaging with school boards, understanding legal and constitutional rights within public schools, and connecting with others to collaborate and strategize at the local level.
Created to combat book bans and other harmful policies increasingly appearing in public school districts, the website equips communities with the tools they need to stand up for intellectual freedom and challenge policies that may be illegal or unconstitutional.
“After much anticipation, we are excited to offer this resource to families across Minnesota,” said Nikki Kruse-Dye, co-founder of Parents for the Freedom to Read Minnesota. “Too many students and families are seeing their rights eroded in public schools. This website offers hope, clarity, and concrete steps for making positive change within their own districts.”
Visitors are encouraged to explore the new website at P4F2RMN.org.
