Big Win for McCall Library!

A donation of just $5 helps build libraries in the United States.

Since 2016, the McCall Library has been working on a plan to replace its aging and undersized library. McCall is a resort town that welcomes tourists from all over the world and serves a smaller permanent population who need the library in the off-season. Their staff and board knew that without a better library building they couldn’t meet folks where they were at to help everyone in town grow and succeed. 

EveryLibrary is proud to support campaigns like the McCall Expansion through consultation, technical help, and direct campaign funds. EveryLibrary worked with local campaign volunteers to refocus their outreach efforts and to reach new voters. We are happy to say that it passed last month on their second try with 77% of the vote.

EveryLibrary can only assist with library campaigns like this because we have supporters and donors like you. We never charge libraries or local committees for our work because we want to focus on what that library needs. Keeping our work free and pro-bono lets even the smallest library benefit from our experienced and seasoned campaign advice.

For every dollar we invest in these campaigns we return over $1,600 to the local library. That means a $10 donation can be turned into over $16,000 in direct library funding.

P.S. On June 16th, the Helen Plum Library in Lombard, IL. is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony to begin work on their new library. It’s a much-delayed start to a project we helped them win back in late 2016. I’m looking forward to sharing pictures with you soon.
