EveryLibrary today announces a new $3,000.00 Fundraising Challenge from Rosen Publishing, a leading independent educational publishing house
Rosen Publishing will match all contributions up to $3,000.00 to support EveryLibrary’s work building voter support for libraries. Rosen Publishing’s founder and president Roger Rosen is asking library supporters across the country to answer this Challenge. “EveryLibrary is a unique and effective organization for library advocacy,” says Rosen. “For every dollar spent on library ballot campaigns they have helped win $370 in public funding for libraries. We want to see that continue to grow.” Rosen Publishing’s $3,000.00 Challenge will run through August 31st, 2013. Every donation of $10.00 or more at www.rally.org/everylibrary will go to meet this Challenge.
“Rosen Publishing is an extraordinary library advocate,” says John Chrastka, executive director of EveryLibrary. “They are committed to donating over 250,000 books to summer reading programs across the country and making new connections for libraries in the process. I admire Mr. Rosen’s commitment to leveraging the power of libraries in communities and appreciate this Fundraising Challenge.” For over 60 years, Rosen Publishing has published books and databases that serve the needs of students in grades Pre-K -12 with high interest, curriculum-correlated materials.
